Mock Draft 3.0
First Round · 32 Picks
Mock Draft 3.0
Three weeks. That's all that stands between us and one of the most unpredictable draft classes in recent memory. Front offices have wrapped up their top-30 visits, medical re-checks are done, and war rooms across the league are finalizing their big boards. The buzz is real — this class is loaded at the top with edge rushers, offensive linemen, and a handful of prospects capable of stepping in and starting immediately. A few surprise trades are looking more and more likely, and the back half of the first round is as wide open as it has been in years. Strap in, because draft night is going to be must-watch television. Here is where things stand heading into the final stretch.

Las Vegas Raiders
Fernando Mendoza
6'5" | 225 lbs
Mendoza is the best quarterback in the class and the Raiders are hopeful he can be their quarterback of the future. He can make any throw and knows how to use his legs. They need to give him some more receivers to help unlock his full potential, but this is an easy pick.

New York Jets
Arvell Reese Jr.
6'4" | 243 lbs
It seems more and more likely that Arvell Reese Jr. will be the pick at #2 for the Jets. That almost certainly means they will heavily utilize him as a pass rusher on the line of scrimmage. He had plenty of success early last season but did not record a sack over the last six games. He has a lot of upside and can be a superstar if the Jets can develop and utilize him well.

Arizona Cardinals
Rueben Bain Jr.
6'3" | 275 lbs
Rueben Bain Jr. would be a fantastic fit in the Cardinals front. He is excellent at stopping the run and getting to the quarterback — both of which Arizona desperately needs. I have no concerns about his arm length. He produced all season long and shined on the brightest stages in the playoffs.

Tennessee Titans
Jeremiyah Love
6'0" | 214 lbs
The Titans need more weapons for Cam Ward, and Jeremiyah Love is the best weapon in the draft. He instantly raises the floor of the Titans offense and gives them a home run threat on every play. Bringing in Wan'Dale Robinson means they can wait until the later rounds to help shore up their wide receiver depth. Both of Tennessee's current running backs only have one year left on their contract, so this fills a huge need as well.

New York Giants
Sonny Styles
6'4" | 243 lbs
Sonny Styles is a terrific player and fit for the Giants with future All-Pro potential. I truly believe he has the potential to become the best linebacker in the game someday. He doesn't miss tackles, he's an excellent communicator and leader of a defense, and he's a former safety with great instincts. The Giants offense should look much better with Nabers and Skattebo back this year, and Styles will help solidify what is already a loaded front seven. Watch out for the Giants next year.

Cleveland Browns
Francis Mauigoa
6'6" | 315 lbs
The Browns come into this draft desperately needing offensive line and wide receiver help. Here they have the option to take the first of either and choose Mauigoa. He is a very safe pick to me as he has tons of experience in college and showed really nice consistency throughout this entire season and into the playoffs. He should lock down the right tackle position for the next decade.

Washington Commanders
David Bailey
6'3" | 250 lbs
Dan Quinn loves his defensive players, and here he gets what could be the best pure pass rusher in the class. He led the nation with 14.5 sacks and gives the Commanders a huge boost in the pass rush department. He has some room to grow in the run game, but his pass rush alone is good enough to get him drafted as high as #2 overall.

New Orleans Saints
Jordyn Tyson
6'2" | 200 lbs
Tyson has by far the most upside out of any receiver in this entire draft. He is a fluid route runner who is incredible in contested-catch situations and can take any play to the house. He is super dynamic with the ball in his hands and was the go-to guy at Arizona State. He has some injury concerns, but his huge potential leads the Saints to draft him here and give Tyler Shough a new #1 option to pair alongside Olave.

Kansas City Chiefs
Caleb Downs
6'0" | 205 lbs
The Chiefs lost a lot of secondary pieces this offseason, and Caleb Downs is arguably the most solid defensive player in the class. He is best in the box but can play in coverage. He can be an awesome chess piece for Steve Spagnuolo and this Chiefs defense.

Cincinnati Bengals
Mansoor Delane
6'1" | 185 lbs
The Bengals desperately need upgrades all over their defense, and they take CB1 here at pick 10. He is a sticky corner who can run with everybody. He and Dax Hill should form an excellent cornerback duo for Cincinnati, who ranked 26th in passing yards per game allowed.

Miami Dolphins
Carnell Tate
6'3" | 195 lbs
Miami just traded Jaylen Waddle to Denver, and they immediately bring in Carnell Tate to replace him. They need pieces to help their new quarterback, Malik Willis. Tate has a big frame along with good route running and contested-catch ability. This should allow him to blossom into a future WR1 for Miami.

Dallas Cowboys
Jermod McCoy
6'0" | 193 lbs
Jermod McCoy could easily be CB1 in this class if not for an ACL injury he suffered at the end of last year. His film was incredible, and Dallas needs to upgrade their secondary after releasing Trevon Diggs this season. If McCoy returns to full form, he has lockdown potential. Great fit for the Cowboys.

Los Angeles Rams
Makai Lemon
5'11" | 195 lbs
The Rams look to the future and draft a stud receiver to help fill in for Davante Adams once he leaves in a year or two. And in the meantime, the Rams can have one of — if not the — most dangerous wide receiver corps in the league to try and help their MVP quarterback get another ring.

Baltimore Ravens
Olaivavega Ioane
6'4" | 328 lbs
Ioane could be the best lineman in this class — he just happens to play on the interior. He is a terrific pass blocker, as he allowed just four hurries across 311 pass blocking snaps. The Ravens fill a huge need and help protect Lamar.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Kenyon Sadiq
6'3" | 245 lbs
The Bucs could definitely use more weapons for Baker now that Mike Evans is gone. They also ranked dead last in tight end receiving yards as a team last season with 589. Sadiq is a great pass catcher and a willing blocker. Another dynamic option to add alongside Emeka Egbuka.

New York Jets
Omar Cooper Jr.
6'0" | 204 lbs
The Omar Cooper hype train has arrived. He has steadily been climbing draft boards since the season ended, and for good reason. He has tremendous contact balance and is amazing after the catch. He had 10 catches for 207 yards and four touchdowns against Indiana State this past season. The Jets need another playmaker next to Garrett Wilson, and Cooper could be a great number 2 option for New York.

Detroit Lions
Spencer Fano
6'5" | 305 lbs
Taylor Decker's retirement forces the Lions to invest in their offensive line. Luckily for them, Spencer Fano is still available, and he can play any position they want him to. He is very agile and good in pass protection but struggles to generate power in the run game sometimes. Fano is a great pick for the Lions and plugs a huge hole.

Minnesota Vikings
Emmanuel McNeil-Warren
6'3" | 209 lbs
McNeil-Warren is a rangy, physical defender who can create turnovers and break up plays all over the field. He is extremely versatile and can be a chess piece for Flores. With Harrison Smith potentially retiring, EMW is an easy choice for Minnesota.

Carolina Panthers
Keldric Faulk
6'6" | 285 lbs
The Panthers invested in pass rush with Nic Scourton in the second round of last year's draft but still need more. Keldric Faulk has prototypical edge size and is dominant in the run game. His sack production was low this past season, but he is still 20 years old and has a lot of time to refine those pass-rushing skills. I believe he can be a great player.

Dallas Cowboys
Akheem Mesidor
6'3" | 265 lbs
The Cowboys add another instant-impact starter with Akheem Mesidor out of Miami. Mesidor helped anchor the best defensive line in football last season and is a super refined pass rusher. He will be 25 by the time of the draft, but the Cowboys are trying to win now, and he definitely helps them do that. They add two starters on the defense here in round 1.

Pittsburgh Steelers
Monroe Freeling
6'7" | 315 lbs
The Steelers decide to beef up their offensive line and take the best pure left tackle in the class. Freeling has immense potential because of his size and raw power. His technique needs some work, and he has a limited sample size, but if Pittsburgh can develop him properly, he can be a cornerstone left tackle.

Los Angeles Chargers
Kayden McDonald
6'3" | 326 lbs
Kayden McDonald is exactly the run-stuffing defensive tackle the Chargers have been needing for years now. He is a stone wall in the run game and offers some juice as a pass rusher. I think this is a really good fit for LA.

Philadelphia Eagles
Dillon Thieneman
6'1" | 210 lbs
Dillon Thieneman is a clear choice to replace Reed Blankenship, who left for Houston this offseason. Thieneman is a ball-hawking safety who has great speed to cover over the top. He is a plus run defender and should be plug-and-play in Philly.

Cleveland Browns
KC Concepcion
5'11" | 190 lbs
The Browns address their second position of need here and take the best receiver available — KC Concepcion. Concepcion has great speed and is awesome with the ball in his hands. He's had some drop issues and could improve his technique, but he helps improve the receiving corps for Shedeur.

Chicago Bears
Caleb Banks
6'6" | 325 lbs
Banks is a risky pick right now due to the uncertainty behind his injuries, but his physical profile and combine numbers warrant a high selection. He looked unstoppable at times when he was on the field, and if he can stay healthy, he would be a massive upgrade over what the Bears currently have.

Buffalo Bills
CJ Allen
6'1" | 235 lbs
Buffalo gets the second-best linebacker in the class and fills a big need. Allen ran an NFL-style defense at Georgia and can be the signal-caller for the defense.

San Francisco 49ers
Kadyn Proctor
6'7" | 366 lbs
The Niners are drafting Trent Williams's successor as they resolve contract disputes. Proctor has the size but needs to develop his technique and learn to use his power in the run game.

Houston Texans
Lee Hunter
6'4" | 330 lbs
Defensive tackle is an aging position group for the Houston Texans, and Lee Hunter is a perfect fit to take on that role. He shined at the Senior Bowl and is an excellent run defender.

Arizona Cardinals
Ty Simpson
6'2" | 208 lbs
Trade alert! I have the Arizona Cardinals trading back into the first round to select Alabama quarterback Ty Simpson. The Cardinals take a shot on Simpson, who only started 15 games in his college career. Simpson can sit and develop behind Jacoby Brissett until they feel he is ready to go.

Miami Dolphins
T.J. Parker
6'3" | 260 lbs
The Dolphins use this pick to start rebuilding their defensive line and take a true three-down player in T.J. Parker. He is a solid player but does not have any spectacular traits.

New England Patriots
Peter Woods
6'3" | 310 lbs
Peter Woods was once thought of as a potential top-five pick in this class; however, he falls here to the Patriots at the back end of the first round. He has great size and can become a game wrecker if he develops some consistency.

Seattle Seahawks
Avieon Terrell
5'11" | 180 lbs
The reigning Super Bowl champions retool their secondary and add an extremely intelligent player in Avieon Terrell. He had five forced fumbles last year and will look to create more turnovers for Seattle next year.
